I just moved to the area a few months ago and have been looking for a place to get my hair cut. I found Morris's just by googling it and showing up. I am so happy I went! He really listened to how I wanted my hair to look and was so nice! I love my hair cut and will definitely be going there again! I am so happy I have found my hair place in Arlington!

Don't be fooled by the plain appearance of this salon, in an unassuming strip on Columbia Pike across from the new Giant. Not only does Morris know hair like no one else I've ever known, but he also cares about people. When you're in his chair, you become part of the community -- not just a client. Everyone gets the red-carpet treatment and expert styling -- career women, teens looking for something sassy, men, "ladies who lunch", etc. You'll walk out with a great haircut and ideas on styling it various ways. Morris does great color, too.

5/21/2011 - I saw Morris Van for the first time today and had a great experience. Not only is he and his staff extremely friendly, but my color and cut come out great. Everyone in the salon has 30+ years of experience. Don't expect young stylists or chic furniture like in other salons (it's all frills anyway). I'm a young, professional female with long blonde hair.) I paid $150 for my cut ($50) and color refresh ($100) with Alice. I was in the salon for about an hour and a half. Betty will offer you coffee, tea, water and bite-size danishes. Overall, a great experience. I love the way my cut looks and feels.
